Well, had to make another card for a man. This one is for my brother-in-law, had to get the old brain into gear to think of something, and this style is the one I had decided to make for my son-in-law but couldn't find a photo of James in his younger days. I have plenty of my brother-in-law though, and as someone pointed out on my last posting (thanks Siobhan, had a good chuckle at your comment), it was being subtle about the age 40. Geoff is much older and probably wouldn't appreciate having his age all over a card, not that that would stop me of course.
Paper background is Lost & Found,(I just adore this paper) I then put one of T!m's embossing folders through Big Shot and coloured with DI', film strip is T!m's, coloured with vintage photo. Added a few embellishments, stamped sentiment and bits of machine stitching. Simples.
Well, can't believe it, the sun it out, yes it is not an illusion, oooops, it's just gone in again, thought it was too good to be true.
Hope you all have a good weekend, I will.... get to see my granddaughters, lots of food ...OMG the consultant has told me he's going to beat me with a big stick if I've not lost any weight when I next see him, and that's in 3 weeks time, is it possible to lose a couple of stone in that time, if you know the answer please let me know....quick...., a lake of booze, super company and lots of laughter.
another stunning card. If only flowers were more acceptable on men's cards, we'd be laughing!!
