Well, those of you who know me, know that my mind is all over the place because of the cocktail of drugs I'm on at the moment and I seem to be away with the fairies most of the time.....so just to prove it to you, my dog, Charlie hasn't been too well the last couple of days so I decided to cook him some chicken. Now this is a rare treat for him and I thought I'd microwave it. My microwave is a very clever one and you just put the food in, put in the weight and it cooks automatically. But what I had forgotten was that if when you choose this setting, it uses a combination of different means of cooking, i.e. microwave and conventional. Put chicken in a microwave dish and hey presto, pinged after said cooking time and look what we have.....
chicken in a melted dish!!!Told you I'm away with the fairies most of the time. Chicken looks good though.

ReplyDeleteHa ha LOL! Hilarious! I too have done that before. I melted a plastic rice cooker by accident. I though my husband had made Baked Alaska, not that we've ever had that before, but that's what it looked like! Thanks for the giggle :-D
ReplyDeletemmhhhh, remind me to bring sarnies if i ever come visit, LOL
ReplyDeletearh your poor dish Ann! That's one of my tricks as hubby would say! I managed to burn a box of tissues!! I'd accidently left them on top of the cooker (with high grill!) never even gave it a thought to move them before the next time I came to use the grill again!! d'oh.
ReplyDeleteI quite like the look of your fluted dish. :)
Hope your woofy fluffy is soon on the mend. Gez.xx
